Osoro claimed that Muturi\u2019s son was not abducted but arrested, further alleging that plans to impeach the CS are at an advanced stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Rising Abduction Cases<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The CS\u2019s remarks have amplified concerns over abductions across Kenya, with Muturi calling on investigative and security agencies to prioritize resolving these cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DCI boss Mohamed Amin confirmed that the abduction case involving Muturi\u2019s son remains active but noted that progress has been hampered by limited statements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cConsidering that only the son volunteered to record a statement, we wish to invite CS Muturi and any other person with information on the incident to provide their statements to DCI Kilimani,\u201d Amin said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He reassured the public that all reported abduction cases are under active investigation and reiterated the agency\u2019s commitment to ensuring justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Political and Public Reactions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>ICT Cabinet Secretary nominee William Kabogo criticized Muturi\u2019s public outcry, suggesting that the issue should have been addressed during cabinet meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, Muturi stood firm, emphasizing the need for transparency and justice. \u201cThis matter is deeply personal to me as a father.
