Kenyans living in Ontario, Canada have raised an alarm over poor services on the ongoing Huduma Namba registration at the High Commission in Toronto.
According to Kenyans who spoke to Mkarimu Media, the process is scary citing poor services.
“The process is slow and lengthy. You can take the whole day there,” one of the members cited.
They expressed their disappointments to the High Commission for employing few staff and failing to put the process in order to ease service delivery.
They demand Kenya Community in Ontario (KCO) to take action and be part of the process to speed up the process.
Mkarimu Media has established from trusted sources there were only two officers running the whole exercise. This has elicited mixed reactions on social media with majority demanding KCO to take a quick action.
